Welcome to Wash Wave Laundromat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our laundromat facilities, Wash & Fold services, website, and all related services provided by Wash Wave Laundromat ("we," "our," or "us"), located at 720 Wolcott Street Unit 1, Waterbury, CT 06705.

1. Services Provided

Wash Wave Laundromat provides the following services:

• Self-Service Laundry: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers available for customer use during operating hours
• Wash & Fold Service: Professional laundry service where customers drop off their items to be washed, dried, and folded by our staff
• Commercial Laundry: Bulk laundry services for businesses

2. Hours of Operation

• Open: Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM
• Closed: Sunday

We reserve the right to modify our operating hours without prior notice. Hours may vary on holidays.

3. Payment Terms

• Our laundry machines are coin-operated. We accept dollar coins and quarter coins.
• Wash & Fold services are charged by weight and must be paid upon pickup.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is available at our facility and on our website.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By using our facilities and services, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules, signage, and instructions within the laundromat
• Use the machines properly and report any malfunctions to staff immediately
• Remove your laundry promptly after the cycle is complete
• Keep the facility clean and dispose of trash in designated areas
• Supervise children at all times while on the premises
• Not use machines for items that may damage equipment (e.g., excessively soiled items, rugs with rubber backing, items contaminated with hazardous materials)
• Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior on the premises

5. Wash & Fold Service Terms

5.1 Drop-Off and Pickup

• Customers must provide accurate contact information at drop-off
• Items must be picked up within 7 days of the notification of completion
• Items not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of

5.2 Garment Care

• We wash and dry all items using standard commercial cleaning processes
• We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, defective fabrics, or items with missing/inaccurate care labels
• Customers should remove all personal items from pockets before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in pockets
• Delicate, dry-clean-only, or specialty items should be identified at drop-off

5.3 Liability

• While we take great care with all garments, our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the laundry service charge for that item
• Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of pickup
• We are not liable for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear

6. Limitation of Liability

Wash Wave Laundromat shall not be liable for:

• Damage to or loss of personal property left unattended in the facility
• Theft of personal belongings on the premises
• Service interruptions due to equipment malfunction, power outages, water supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Damage caused by improper use of machines by customers
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our premises:

• Smoking or vaping inside the facility
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Dyeing or bleaching garments in machines
• Washing items contaminated with hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
• Sleeping or loitering in the facility
• Soliciting, panhandling, or conducting unauthorized business
• Damaging, vandalizing, or tampering with equipment

8. Surveillance and Security

For the safety and security of our customers, staff, and property, our facility is equipped with video surveillance cameras. By entering our premises, you consent to being recorded. Surveillance footage may be shared with law enforcement if necessary.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wash Wave Laundromat, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or services, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or inquiries
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Wash Wave Laundromat and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your orders.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number sending the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
